Incremental generation and manual corrections

Some websites are maintained by hand and may contain errors such as malformed dates. Because the feed generation is incremental and re-uses the previously fetched data when available, such anomalies can be fixed in the generated XML, and those fixes will persist over the subsequent updates. New errors are explicitly reported with an error code, allowing the commands to be used for automatic incremental updates as follows:

feeding_source -p:feed.xml > feed.xml.tmp && mv feed.xml.tmp feed.xml
